This directory contains PIR site rule file and annotation files:

PIR site-rules in UniRule format. The PIRSF for these rules are in InterPro.

Propagation results for the rules in PIRSR.uru for TrEMBL entries. They are tab-delimited 
files with 11 columns:
1)  Rule Id: Id of the rule which triggered this prediction represented as string.
2)  Prediction type: Type of the prediction represented as string of the values.
3)  Prediction value: Prediction value represented as string.
4)  Entry acc: UniProt Accession represented as string.
5)  Start: Start Position of the prediction, represented as integer. Position modifiers
    '<' '>' are possible, ? if there is no position.
6)  End: End Position of the prediction, represented as integer. Position modifier '<' '>'
    are possible, ? if there is no position.
7)  Score: 0 - meaning not calculated at this time
8)  Confidence:  0 - meaning not calculated at this time
9)  System: Name of the system represented as string.
10) Evaluation result: Outcome of the prediction represented as string (Predicted, TP, FP, 
    TN, FN).
11) Conditions: MATCH


Note

1) Files in sub-directory "for_trembl_entry_only" are the annotation files for TrEmbl only.
2) We are not adding the (By similarity) tags for these file as we were told that this is done 
   in post-processing at EBI.
