We are submitting a total of 65 PIRNR rules that includes 53 from previous submission (1 rule removed PIRNR016393 because it contains case statements) plus 12 new rules. In this set of 12 rules one rule is based on entries that has "contains/include" in DE line but these lines have not been included in the rule as previously agreed. There are a couple of rules with 10-20 TrEMBL that we believe are important to keep because these are small vertebrate families where only mammalian members have annotation. The rule will provide annotation to other taxon groups (whenever applicable of course). Summary for the 12 rules is below: PIRNR002017 The SP entries has "contains/includes". As we agreed we are not adding these lines in the rule. PIRNR037161 few TrEMBL (>10, but less than 30) PIRNR037456 few TrEMBL (>10, but less than 30) Rules with no case statements, no include/contain in DE, and >30 TrEMBL to propagate: PIRNR017029 PIRNR017834 PIRNR023869 PIRNR028944 PIRNR036687 PIRNR036989 PIRNR037207 PIRNR037432 PIRNR037730 Please also note that previously sent PIRSF003407 has SAAS and PIRNR overlap. Papillomaviruses can infect non-mammals so the PIRNR has more conservative CC lines.
